Nada's Postulates…

In the end, there are no guarantees, no warranties to life.

One does what one thinks best.

Some things are begun in trust and love, but are ended in cold logic and reason.

Our instinct for self-protection may very well overpower all other forces.

It is not always possible to understand why things happen the way they do.

No person is absolute.

Sometimes it is not possible to forgive, or forget, or start over new.

And life produces ripple effects for every decision we make.

We will never know what might have transpired, had we taken the other road.

One road will lead to another, and soon we will have gone far beyond the turning point.

The point where it all started. The point where it all ended.

There's nothing wrong with doing what one thinks best, what seems right at the time. Sure, we'd all like to undo some of our mistakes from the past, but then we wouldn't have the benefit of the lessons we learned from them. It's probably not a good idea to mourn past decisions. They're done and we live with consequences. Is it too easy to say, "Don't worry, be happy", or does it require more effort than that?

Only time will tell....

When I re-read these words back, they are almost prophetic:

Some things are begun in trust and love, but are ended in cold logic and reason.

Our instinct for self-protection may very well overpower all other forces.

It is not always possible to understand why things happen the way they do.

No person is absolute.

Sometimes it is not possible to forgive, or forget, or start over new.

U cannot start over new, becos life aint hat forgivin but u cannot standstiil in time becos life adoesnt allow u too do that too, the caravan ahs to move on, william wordsworth saying so apt here in a different context "no time to stand and stare", I think we have to assimilate the surrundings as we move.
