Tonight...
The roaring quiet
The silent screams
Clash inside my head
In the dead of the night
The acrid disappointment
I reached out my hand
And clutched at nothing
On this telltale night
Sleep too has betrayed me
And comforts another
I war with wakefulness
All through the night
